R3 Brand Partner locations are structured around population and community opportunity rather than strictly around city boundaries. As a general guideline, R3 may approve approximately one local Brand Partner community for every 300,000 residents.

This means larger cities may support multiple R3 communities.

The 300,000 population figure is a general guideline only. Final locations, territory names, availability and approvals remain at the discretion of R3. Approval does not automatically create an exclusive territory, franchise or guaranteed income.

Subject to the R3 Brand Partner Agreement, partners keep revenue from merchandise they independently source and sell. R3 retains ownership of its trademarks and grants a limited licence, with no exclusivity, franchise, employment or income guarantee.
