Terms of Service

Run Run Run Club is a private, subscription-based running community. Membership is personal to you, may not be shared or transferred, and requires an active paid subscription to access member features such as shoes, challenges, points and rewards.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.

Membership costs $10 per month and is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through Stripe. Your membership activates only after Stripe confirms payment, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices may change with prior notice.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your membership stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which member features are locked. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

Shoes are virtual in-club items that affect activity scoring. They are purchased sequentially, expire after their stated period and confer no ownership, financial instrument or guaranteed return.

Rewards are discretionary, depend on verified activity and available reward pools, and are not guaranteed. Reward calculations, eligibility rules and payout thresholds may change.

• Submit only your own genuine running activity.
• Do not manipulate, falsify, automate or otherwise fake activity data.
• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your account.
• Provide accurate payment and payout details.
• Exercise responsibly and within your own physical limits; you participate at your own risk.

• Be respectful to other members; harassment or abuse is not tolerated.
• No spam, scams or unsolicited promotion.
• No misleading referral or recruitment claims.
• Follow local laws and stay safe when running.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the rewards system or engages in fraudulent activity. Related points, rewards and commissions may be reversed.

We may update these terms, membership benefits and program rules. Material changes will be communicated through official Run Run Run Club channels, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
