Run Run Run Club operates the subscription running community available at https://runrunrun.club. You can reach us any time at support@runrunrun.club.

We use Google Sign-In only to securely authenticate your account. When you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier with us.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service, and we never post anything to your Google account. You can disconnect Run Run Run Club at any time from your Google account permissions page.

You upload your runs and walks each day from your preferred fitness tracker. Uploads are always initiated by you, and you choose what to submit.

An upload includes details such as distance, duration, activity date and a screenshot from your tracker. This information is used to verify activities, award progress and calculate rewards. You can stop uploading at any time, and you can request deletion of your activity history from your account settings.

Membership and shoe purchases are processed by PayPal. Card details are entered directly with PayPal and are never seen, transmitted or stored by us. We retain only the PayPal order and subscription identifiers, payment status and purchase history needed to run your membership.

• Account details: name, email address and profile photo.
• Membership status, subscription state and purchase history.
• Your uploaded runs and walks, including the screenshots you submit.
• Points, achievements, challenge progress and reward records.
• Referral relationships and commission records where applicable.
• An optional payout wallet address if you choose to add one.
• Basic technical logs used for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share your Google account or activity data with advertisers or data brokers. Information is shared only with the service providers required to operate the club — our hosting and database provider and PayPal for payments — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service, or where we are legally required to do so.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and associated data from your account settings or by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for accounting, tax or fraud-prevention obligations.

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access controls and restricted administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through official Run Run Run Club channels.
