Run Run Run Club operates the subscription running community available at https://runrunrun.club. You can reach us any time at support@runrunrun.club.

We use Google Sign-In only to securely authenticate your account. When you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier with us.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service, and we never post anything to your Google account. You can disconnect Run Run Run Club at any time from your Google account permissions page.

Connecting Strava is optional and always initiated by you. With your authorisation we store your Strava athlete ID and OAuth tokens so we can read your running activities.

We import activity details such as distance, moving time, elapsed time, activity type, start time and whether the activity contains GPS data. This information is used to verify runs, award progress and calculate rewards. You can disconnect Strava at any time from your profile, which revokes our access.

Membership and shoe purchases are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen, transmitted or stored by us. We retain only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status and purchase history needed to run your membership.

• Account details: name, email address and profile photo.
• Membership status, subscription state and purchase history.
• Strava connection details and imported running activities.
• Points, achievements, challenge progress and reward records.
• Referral relationships and commission records where applicable.
• An optional payout wallet address if you choose to add one.
• Basic technical logs used for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share your Google or Strava data with advertisers or data brokers. Information is shared only with the service providers required to operate the club — our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments and Strava for activity verification — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service, or where we are legally required to do so.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and associated data from your account settings or by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for accounting, tax or fraud-prevention obligations.

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access controls and restricted administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through official Run Run Run Club channels.
